Today we sent my brother off to Iraq for his first tour. It was harder to deal with than I thought. I have a lot of emotions running through me and my mind is kind of cloudy. I’m going to let my pictures from the day tell the story for me and my family. We love you Randy.

Too bad I'm not a fan of flying

Us siblings & Mom

Randy and his wife Kate

And their beautiful family

Daddy, we'll be right here

We took turns for our hug, and we all did this before he boarded, including himself. My mom held hers to the window until she couldn't see the plane anymore.

For those who don’t know, that is “I love you”.

We watched him board. He will have several layovers, grabbing a couple others along the way.

Backing up...

And taking off.

See you soon little brother. Much love, respect, and prayers.
